How Do I Verify my ecoPayz Account?

Remember, your document must be valid for at least one month from the date of upload. Scratched, stained and torn documents will not be considered valid. The user’s full name, date of birth and other important information must be present and legible. All corners of the document must be visible. It is mandatory that all documents included in the application belong to the same person.

Add Proof of Address Issued in the Last 3 Months

You can use a utility bill (electricity, water, gas, landline phone bill) or bank statement or address registration document issued by official authorities as proof of address. Please note that the verification process may take 2 business days.

Upload Your Selfie
